Who we are
JO-Mining is the name under which J Kumaran and Dr O Alabdellat (the principals) carry on the work described on this website. They act in their personal capacities and not for any past or present employer or institution, none of which has reviewed, approved or taken responsibility for this website.
Information, not advice
This website is general information about the principals and their work. It records their own findings and opinions and is not advice of any kind, whether legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, regulatory, technical, geological or environmental. Nothing on it is an offer, solicitation or commitment, an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity, or a statement to be relied upon. Anyone who relies on it does so at their own risk; readers should make their own assessment and take their own advice.
No engagement, no obligation
Visiting this website, writing to us or sending a message through it does not create an engagement, a duty of care or any other relationship. Any engagement requires a written agreement signed by the principals and the client.

To the fullest extent the law permits, the principals accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from this website or any reliance on it. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Independence and conduct
The principals hold no mineral title in Jordan, act for no investor in relation to any Jordanian asset, know of no conflict of interest and would participate in no process they design or conduct. They comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and Jordan's Integrity and Anti-Corruption Law.
Privacy
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If you write to us or use the contact form, we hold your name, organisation, email address and message for the purpose of replying and, if you wish, continuing a conversation; we share them with no one else and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose. The contact form is processed by the form provider named in its address, under that provider's own terms. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, write to alabdellat@jo-mining.com.
